When the Sentry Tournament of Champions wanted to offer new and exciting experiences this year, they turned to Provision Events for help. Provision Events increased attendee involvement by introducing an interactive fan zone for the very first time. Provision events designed an area where fans could learn about the history of the tournament, the players, and various prized competitions. The experiences included simulators that challenged fans to take on famous shots from the tournament, iPads which allowed them to watch game highlights, and interactive quizzes that challenged people on their knowledge of the tournament.
Provision Events used beMatrix for their build and ensuring a well built and eye-catching structure. A typical build of this scale typically several people and hours to build Provision was able to build this amazing structure with just two employees and in less time. Sentry was very happy with the end result and fans loved the interactive area.
