Diper Exhibitions has partnered with and supported their customer Lafayette for over thirty years. So, when Lafayette decided to launch their new Silver Collection, they knew exactly who to turn to for assistance. With the goal of making a difference in sports fashions, trends, and innovative design, Lafeyette and Diper Exhibitions teamed up and created an online fashion show displaying their new clothing line.
With an increase in focus on virtual events, Diper Exhibitions was tasked with building a full-scale fashion show, available to view digitally from anywhere in the world. Using the beMatrix frame system, the entire set was built with background graphics and a catwalk for the talent to perform and model the clothing line. The main goal was for online viewers to enjoy the show, learn about the products, and get real-time interaction with Lafayette staff during the digital show. Two on-site hosts ran the event and were able to connect viewers and distributors from around the world with Lafayette advisors.
Diper Exhibitions was able to utilize the benefits of the beMatrix system to build the scenography, set, catwalk, and show in just 12 hours. Over 3,200 guests from 16 different countries were in attendance and over 300 connections were turned into sale conversions. Diper Exhibitions successfully married a full-scale fashion show and online event for one of their longest standing clients in Lafeyette Sports. Diper looks to continue creating virtual and hybrid events for more of their customer base in the future with their 20 years of experience.
