EPIC new innovations at Viscom 2024
From 16 to 18 October 2024, we participated in the Viscom Italia trade fair that brings together the entire visual communication market in the beautiful city of Milan.
Together with our bePartner print ABS, we created an outstanding booth of 40 square meters & 5 meters high. The design attracted all attention of the visitors thanks to the special black frames, high end glass finish and flashing LED content on our mosaic tiles.

Strong concept
The concept of our stands is always ‘be the talk of the town’. We wanted to bring our city concept to Italy. We saw this as a combination of ideas we have used in stands before, such as Heavent 2023 and ISE 2024.
In each country we check the cultural background, art preferences, nature importance and integrate this into our concept. For Viscom, we gave the design an Italian twist.
We wanted our stand to feel like a beMatrified Italian square or palazzo.
Of course, we are a system provider and need to find a balance between showing the system and a finished stand. In this case, we certainly achieved that if you ask us!
Steady structure
The structure of our stand consists of the beConstruct construction profile for light load-bearing structures. A structure that is self-contained and therefore does not require any rigging points. We chose a high-quality finish for the profile by painting it black.
You can integrate just about any beMatrix product into this: lightboxes, frames, LEDskin®, the glass profile... This is the strength of our beMatrix products and our DNA: every product must be able to work with one another.
LED mosaic
The first thing you'll notice at our stand is the LED mosaic made from frames and LEDskin® tiles. The used LED is our latest module in pixel pitch 2.5 with IMD 2in1 technology. The most robust LED cabinet on the market. LEDskin® bePartner Murer linked all the units together to create this beautiful display.
The brought content was created by our resident content bePartner Whojo. We ensure that this is always reflected in all our designs and show in key words the main advantages of our products. This in a way that makes you stop and take a look at our stand.
Lights on
On the right side of the stand, you can see our 2 eye-catchers: our 124D Lightboxes. With this Lightbox, with SideLED lighting technology, you can highlight your prints better than before.
Use some striking photos and strong keywords and you'll catch the eye of the public immediately. As you can see, this Lightbox can be perfectly integrated into the beMatrix system. Here combined with our construction profile beConstruct.

Standard specials
On the left side of the booth, we have two naked structures with standard specials. These are special sized frames that were in such high demand that we put them into our standard range.
This side immediately stands out with its trapezoid design and black coated finish. By not finishing the frames, we immediately show the basis of our system: the frame with large 62 mm holes.
Glass frontwall
To give your stand a high-quality finish, you can use the Glass Frame. In the stand, you can see that the frame integrates perfectly with your other beMatrix products. Here we attached it to the beConstruct profile.
Did you know that the glass frame can also be filled with plexiglass or other materials with a thickness of 3 to 16 mm? This way, you can finish your stand in a versatile way and this is the perfect addition to your material stock.
beCAD corner
At every beMatrix stand, we provide a beCAD corner. beCAD is our own online design software that allows you to draw a beMatrix stand.
All we need to equip this corner is a piece of furniture, which we choose from our own iZi range, a good working computer and a beCAD specialist.
Dress to impress
Want to leave a lasting impression with your visitors? Then be sure to integrate LEDskin® into your design. Here in the picture you can see our new p1.5. Clear image, robust cabinet and extremely light.
You might say it's a TV, but it's really an LED screen. A real game changer in the industry. Rent them from one of our partners near you.
This was not the only LEDskin® that was visible on our stand. We had another large tower in the middle featuring LEDskin® 2.5.
All the displayed content was coordinated to tell a real story. You can even add sound and scent for a more immersive experience. Less is bore!
For this, we have some verified partners that you can call on. They're spread all over Europe and real experts that can help you with content, pixel mapping and putting the final content on the screen.
Build in 360°
Did you know you can use our system in 360°. One frame can be used as a wall, floor or ceiling. Don't believe us? Take a look at this picture and spot our versatile system.
A 360° construction was built into the back wall of the stand that served to display our brochures. For this, we use our range of shelves and brackets on which you can nicely lay your documentation.
The perfect TV for tradefairs
To every trade fair, we do take a TV to play product videos in a loop. However, we’ve often heard from our customers that integrating a TV into their booth design can be challenging, as each TV requires its own bracket.
beTV is the solution for this. A TV integrated in a beMatrix frame that you can integrate into your concept in a simple step and finish with textile around it. See the end result here.
What are we missing?
Of course, we cannot carry all beMatrix products everywhere. At Viscom, we did not have enough space for our Xtreme Solution Double Deck. This is our 2-storey construction.
We didn’t bring our outdoor solutions, the UnderCovr and pop-OUT, because they look better when displayed outside. The pop-OUT is an outdoor container you can use as a pop-up space or display area. You can come check them out in our showroom in Roeselare, Belgium!
