beMatrix MOTIONskin® receives the DesignX50 label

DesignX50 – Designregio Kortrijk Award is a platform in the form of a book in which the spotlight is put on the best and most innovative products from West Flanders.

The book tells the story behind the innovative companies and their products. The Kortrijk-Ieper-Roeselare-Waregem region is a top region for the creative manufacturing industry; it is known for its progressive companies and designers. It is also a region that is part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN), and it breathes design thinking. You can feel this in the design education, the creative manufacturing industry, international events and inspiring public spaces.

The MOTIONskin&®; has clearly impressed the jury of Designregio Kortrijk. Thanks to the innovative power of the MOTIONskin®, beMatrix is receiving the DesignX50 LABEL for the 3rd time, as well as a place in the DesignX50 book (N° 7). In 2015, the b62® frame system was recognised with this award, in 2017, the LEDskin®, an LED tile with beMatrix DNA, was also recognised.

The presentation of the DesignX50 LABEL book will take place in October 2019 during the “Kortrijk Creativity Week”, the new name for “Week van het Ontwerpen”.
