beMatrix unveils ‘Freedom of Form’ story at ISE 2019
Over 1,300 stand holders, every one of them trendsetting pioneers in technological innovations, exhibited their newest launches at Integrated Systems Europe, or ISE, in the RAI in Amsterdam at the beginning of February.
Once again the beMatrix stand – frontrunner in the niche market of modular stand building and event solutions – attracted herds of people. In 2017, this Belgian company, with HQ in Roeselare, was the first to integrate a LED wall in an existing modular frame system (LEDskin®) and in fact revolutionised the stand building industry. Frame, LED tile and finishing layer blend into one seamless, thin wall, which can be assembled in no time at all, without any no tools. Those heavy truss constructions for building your LED wall or individual screens have become a distant memory. Thanks to the dimensions of individual LEDskin® frames as well as grouped frames, everything fits perfectly within the modular beMatrix concept. Both frame and LEDskin® have a thickness of 62 mm and allow for a seamless assembly and finish. The unique and patented design allows for a sleek finish of the back of the frame, using textile with silicone edge or panels.
Extension of pixel pitch & ‘Freedom of Form’ principle
ISE 2019 for beMatrix simply was the perfect occasion to reveal their most recent innovations in the LEDskin® product range to the AV market. As of now, LEDskin® is available in 4 pixel pitches: 1.9, 2.5, 3.1 and 3.8. This pixel range guarantees stand builders and AV businesses a solution with real impact, no matter the concept or viewing distance.
Secondly, the ‘Freedom of Form’ principle was introduced to the public. The strong, lightweight and modular aluminium beMatrix frames already allowed for unique 360° assembly, where walls, floor and ceiling blend into one unity. Each individual beMatrix frame can be used for either three applications, resulting in an extremely flexible and cost-effective investment. This principle has now been translated to the LEDskin® range. Apart from the standard screens or mosaic and hanging constructions, you can also include inner and outer corners as well as convex and concave curves in your design. The creative possibilities with LEDskin® have become endless!
Established brand
Meanwhile, over 3000 m² of LEDskin® has been used at trade fairs, so we could say it has made quite a name for itself within the stand building and event industry. LEDskin® also received the prestigious Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017 and the IF Design Award 2018. The beMatrix R&D, Product Management and Service Support team has been solidified worldwide over the past years by adding AV specialists, so you can be sure any LEDskin® solution will be perfectly integrated and fully functioning in your stand.
